The study identifies the main critical issues for deliveries in the historic centre \u2013 pedestrian areas and narrow historic streets, ZTL access time windows that do not match shopkeepers&#8217; real delivery needs, a shortage of loading and unloading bays and the limited use of cargo-bike logistics \u2013 and proposes bookable loading bays managed by an intelligent system, a revision of ZTL access hours and proximity micro-hubs.<\/p>\n<p>The article quotes Chamber of Commerce President Massimo Manetti and Mayor Sara Funaro, who announced that the city will make use of the study.
