Types of data processed<\/h2>\n<h3>Browsing data<\/h3>\n<p>The IT systems and software procedures that run the Website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (IP address, browser and device type, operating system, date and time of the request, pages visited, outcome of the request). These data are used solely to ensure the correct functioning and security of the Website.<\/p>\n<h3>Data provided voluntarily by the user<\/h3>\n<p>Through the contact form users may send their name, organisation, e-mail address, subject and message, as well as any other personal data they choose to include in their request. Sending an e-mail to the addresses shown on the Website entails the acquisition of the sender&#8217;s address and of the data contained in the message.<\/p>\n<h3>Cookies and similar technologies<\/h3>\n<p>The Website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation. How data are processed<\/h2>\n<p>Data are processed with IT and telematic tools, using logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality and integrity of the data. Data are not subject to automated decision-making or profiling.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Recipients of the data<\/h2>\n<p>Data may be processed, as data processors or independent controllers, by parties providing services to the Controller, including: the hosting and e-mail provider; the Website development and maintenance providers (Tecnomind); Google LLC for the reCAPTCHA v3 service protecting the contact form. Employees and collaborators of the Controller authorised to process the data may also access them. Data are not disseminated.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Transfers of data to non-EU countries<\/h2>\n<p>Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or of standard contractual clauses, pursuant to Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Links to external websites and social networks<\/h2>\n<p>The Website contains links to the FIT Innovation LinkedIn page and to other third-party websites. The Controller is not responsible for the processing carried out by those parties, to which their own privacy notices apply (e.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/legal\/privacy-policy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn privacy policy<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h2>8. Rights of data subjects<\/h2>\n<p>Under Articles 15-22 GDPR, data subjects have the right to: obtain confirmation of the existence of their data and access them; request their rectification, erasure or the restriction of processing; object to processing based on legitimate interest; request data portability; withdraw any consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>Requests can be sent to <a href=\"mailto:info@fit-innovation.it\">info@fit-innovation.it<\/a>.
